Terms of Service

Bhandar provides inventory, catalog management, invoicing, and order management tools intended for business operations. You must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your commercial organisation.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could impair, disrupt, or interfere with our servers, infrastructure, or other shopkeepers’ access.

You must register using a valid mobile number to access Bhandar. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete business information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and session authentication, as well as all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at info@asemita.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Bhandar offers access plans with a 30-day free trial. No payment method is required to start the trial. After the trial period, you may choose to purchase access for a selected duration (such as monthly or yearly).

Each purchase is a one-time upfront payment for that specified period. There is no auto-renewal and no surprise deductions. Payments are securely processed through our certified payment gateway partners. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of statutory taxes.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable national, state, or local laws or regulations
• Use the Service to transmit spam, fraudulent invoices, or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to probe, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to any system component or other stores
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Bhandar platform
• Upload malicious scripts or intentionally disrupt the Service’s stability and uptime

The Service, including its user interface, visual identity, software code, and documentation, remains the exclusive property of Asemita and its licensors. You retain full ownership of all catalog items, customer details, and transaction records you enter into Bhandar. You grant us a limited, worldwide license solely to host, compute, and backup this data to provide the Service to you.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Bhandar, you acknowledge and consent to our data practices as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Asemita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from lost profits, interrupted sales, or data errors. Our aggregate cumulative liability arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Asemita in the three months prior to the occurrence of the event giving rise to the claim.

You may cease using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect if you materially breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities. You may export your store data prior to terminating your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically. In the event of material revisions, we will provide prominent notice via our web application or email notification. Continued use of Bhandar following the effective date of revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
